The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

 

4. User Obligations

Users agree to:

i. Use the Service for lawful purposes only.
ii. Provide accurate information when using our AI reception system.
iii. Not misuse, copy, or attempt to reverse-engineer the AI technology.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

 

5. Payments & Subscription Terms 

  • Subscriptions are billed [monthly/yearly] with auto-renewal unless canceled.

  • Refunds are provided at our discretion, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

 

6. Intellectual Property

  • All AI models, branding, and content belong to Automated Reception Ltd.

  • Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 No Indirect or Consequential Damages
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automated Reception Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, business, or goodwill.

  • Business interruption, loss of data, or reputational damage.

  • Any costs associated with downtime or system failures.

8.2 No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to our AI reception service. Users acknowledge that:

  • Temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures.

  • The AI-generated responses are provided "as is," and users must verify critical information before reliance.

8.3 Maximum Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is capped at the lower of:

  • £1,000, or

  • The total amount paid by the user to Automated Reception Ltd in the last 3 months before the event giving rise to liability.

8.4 Exceptions to Liability Limitations
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

  • Any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under UK law.

 

 

9. Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.

  • Discontinue or modify the Service at any time.

Users may cancel their subscription or delete their account at any time by contacting c.blain@automatedreception.com or any of the Sales Team.

 

10. Third-Party Integrations

We are not responsible for any third-party services integrated into our AI reception system (e.g., hotel booking platforms). Users must comply with those third-party terms separately.

 

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of London, UK, unless otherwise agreed.

 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
